Hydefinition Plasma Torch with Beveling Head
The MetalMaster Xcel Hydefinition Plasma Torch uses a process that cuts through electrically conductive materials by means of an accelerated jet of hot plasma. Winnebago Mfg is able to cut all steel grades, stainless steel, and aluminum. Our torch includes the optional Beveling Head and Hypertherm HPR400XD Plasma with Auto Gas. The Beveling Head cuts more accurate and consistent angles. This eliminates a step in the manufacturing process saving our customers time and costs.   • 10′ x 20′ bed up to 2″ thick with a tolerance of +/- .06

Oxy-Fuel Torch
The Oxy-Fuel torch is the process that uses fuel gases and oxygen to cut thicker steel plate material. This torch also cuts all steel grades.

  • 8′ X 12′ bed up to 5″ thick with a tolerance of +/- .06

Band Saw
Winnebago Mfg also utilizes a computerized band saw to cut bar, pipe, tube, angle, channel, and I-beam steel material.

  • Up to 12″ wide / Circular Cold Cut to 6″ wide

Shearing
Shearing is a metal fabricating process used to cut straight lines on flat and round bar stock.

  • 12′ Wide & to 1/2″ thick
