Plate Rolling
Winnebago Mfg offers four different plate roller options for plate rolling and can roll multiple radii, different shapes, cones, cylinders, and elliptical. Winnebago Mfg can also roll all types of material from; A36, Grade 50, Grade 70, Stainless 304 and 316, Hardox, Hastelloy, AR400, and AR200. Rolling capabilities with a radius as small as 6 inches and outside diameter as large as 112 inches.
Our Plate Rollers Include:
3 Roll, Faccin 3-drive roller plate bending machine with CNC Control. Roll up to 2.5” thick material 60” wide or 2.00” thick material 120” wide, capabilities to pre-bend parts.
4 Roll, Faccin plate bending machine with CNC Control. Roll up to 1” thick material 120” wide.
4 Roll, Faccin plate bending machine with CNC Control. Roll up to 5/16″ x 72” wide.
4 Roll, Heller plate bending machine with LED Readouts. Roll up to 3/4″ x 120” wide.
