Winnebago Manufacturing Company Announces Facility Expansion
Blue Earth, MN: Winnebago Manufacturing Company is announcing a major expansion of its production facility, adding 37,000 square feet to its existing 60,000-square-foot building. The addition will increase output and strengthen the company’s fabrication and welding operations.
The additional space will support expanded welding capacity and introduce new fabricating processes designed to support the growing customer demand. This investment reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality manufacturing solutions while positioning the business for continued growth.
“This expansion represents an important step forward for our company,” said Daryle Pomranke, President. “By increasing our production space and enhancing our capabilities, we will be better equipped to support our customers growth.”
Once complete, the facility will total 97,000 square feet. The expansion will improve workflow and efficiency while enabling the company to take on additional work. It will also support job growth, including the addition of at least 10 new welding cells.
The company hosted a groundbreaking ceremony on April 28 with employees, customers, vendors, and community members. AB Systems, based in Rochester, is serving as the general contractor for the project.
Winnebago Manufacturing Company has built its reputation on quality craftsmanship, reliable service, and strong customer partnerships across a variety of industries. This expansion reinforces its continued investment in technology, operations, and the future of manufacturing.
